Use Moorlife products according to the instructions. Some Moorlife products are designed for microwave use and can withstand temperatures up to 180°C.

Such incidents are usually caused by food odors that remain or cling to the product and have not been thoroughly cleaned. Therefore, it is recommended to clean the product regularly and store it in a clean place, safe from animals or pests.
How can I clean food or drink stains from my Moorlife product?
Certain conditions, such as foods or drinks containing strong coloring agents, may leave stains on Moorlife products. However, this does not affect the functionality of Moorlife products as food or beverage containers.
The solution is to immediately wash the Moorlife product with dish soap, baking soda, or lemon juice to remove the stains.
What is the process for exchanging a damaged product?
Moorlife products come with a Lifetime Guarantee. Damaged or defective products (due to normal use, not misuse) can be exchanged at any Moorlife branch or authorized distributor.
What is not covered by Moorlife's warranty?
Moorlife’s warranty does not apply to any products with bags and their straps, stickers, or the printing on these products.
